Lighting-Buyers'-Guide
Colour Rendering Index For retail it is important for lighting to have a high Colour Rendering Index (CRI). This is the measure of the degree to which the light shows the true colour of an object as it would appear in natural daylight. The closer to 100 the number is, the truer the rendering of the colour will be. Flexibility With in-store displays changing regularly, it is important to be able to adjust the lighting to illuminate the displays correctly and so fixed lighting alone is not usually ideal.
